HFTM Education Invitation

  1. Hypoxic Fitness Training Method
    1. HFTM - Strength Version
    2. HFTM - Cardiovascular Version
    3. HFTM - Isometric Version
The cost for this seminar is $2500.
The fee includes registration, lunch, materials, and all equipment.
The Hypoxic Fitness Training Method is an innovative, cyclic process to gain advanced fitness in muscular strength, muscular contraction, and muscular endurance.  It enables the body to develop strategic changes compared to conventional methods and supplement additions.

The HFTM is taught in a 3-day seminar (Friday to Sunday) in a small group environment.  We teach the foundations of the method along with the skills necessary to execute each version.
Upon completion of the seminar, you will have the choice to take the information as knowledge or use it at your facility.  If you choose to use it, a license fee is mutually agreed to do so.
