Nutrition and digestion is a constant assessment of food intake and autonomic balance. The training involves regular measurement of heart rate variability and monitoring of bowel movements, urination and perspiration. Knowing the state of the body and what the body is eliminating offers a good perspective on what may need to be addressed in future nutrition and training planning.
Mechanics and Resistance is how your body is moving through specific training motions. This includes the quality of the path traveled and with what force it is able to generate in the path. If either is limited, then the quality of the muscular system may be compromised. If so, the possibility of it causing limitations in the previous two principles is high.
